Exciting News: TaTuBBQ Is BACK. Looking into the Wasilla area.

I’m excited to share some important updates about TaTu BBQ!

First and foremost, our domain—tatubbq.com—is secure and remains with TaTu BBQ. There was a bit of confusion earlier, so I want to reassure everyone: our site is not, and has never been, for sale.

What is available are select hard assets and two special opportunities: the exclusive “Recipe Usage Agreement” and “Company Name Usage Agreement.” These are offered so that our celebrated flavors and high standards can continue delighting the Anchorage community, even as we move into a new chapter.

Our dedication to quality BBQ and loyal guests like you is unwavering. I am committed to making sure that anyone stepping forward to carry the TaTu BBQ torch is deeply aligned with our core values, fully trained by me, and excited to use our award-winning seasoning blends. My priority is that the excellence you’ve come to know and love will remain at the heart of TaTu BBQ.

As part of this transition, I’m looking for a dedicated “Boucanier”—someone passionate about carrying on the TaTu tradition. I will personally teach you my highly successful “TaTu BBQ Model,” proven to achieve less than ~5% food waste and renowned for its efficiency and quality.

As we move forward, I’m also thrilled about my upcoming relocation to Wasilla! The next adventure for TaTu BBQ personally brings me excitement, and I look forward to connecting with wonderful new neighbors while always cherishing the Anchorage friendships and support that have meant so much over the years.
